L C Meter

Our next club project by Dave Adshead 2E0BPX is an L/C Meter.

This is inspired by the recent article in Radcom by Eamon Skelton EI9GQ which in turn was based on a design by Phil Rice VK3BHR.
This PIC based meter can measure inductance from 0 - 100mH with a resolution of 10nH, and capacitance from 0pF - 1uF with a resolution of 0.1pF.

It is ideal for making very accurate measurements of coils and capacitors for use in filters and VFO circuits.
The cost of the kit is £45 - available exclusively to CDARC members on 12 June 2009 at the Friday evening club meeting
